This was a very cool little shopping area. However, this would not be possible in America. Americans require more safety devices, such as handrails and fences, to prevent us from killing ourselves. If this were America, this entire place would be shut down because of safety violations and I'm sure many Americans, especially children, would have drowned. It's funny, actually, because many of the safety rules that exist in America protect the Americans we don't actually want in our country (the dumb ones).
