You also have to fold it just right. If you do it wrong, they'll know. Close the center, then the ends, and then fold the middle of each side into the center, creating a pleat. If you don't do it correctly, it won't close and seal properly or it will not have the proper shape and your guests will make fun of you for not making dumplings correctly.
