This is a very famous bridge in this city. And that rock, has a pretty cool story about the city. How it was named... Actually, the locals don't call it Zhujiajiao. Instead they call the city Zhou Zhuang. According to the town's historical records, the revered Mr. Zhou Di gave up his residence to build a Buddhist temple and donated 13 hectares (more than 32 acres) of his private land in 1086, during the Northern Song Dynasty. Because of his generosity, the people of the area named this village Zhou Zhuang, after Mr. Zhou. At least, that's what I gathered from my limited Chinese... and the brochure that they gave me that was written in English.
